29 CFR  1926.501(b)(10):Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system.  Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:  On or about 10/30/2023 and at times prior, at the worksite located at 900 Industrial Blvd, Naples Florida 34104,  (a) At the middle building, employees were exposed to a 15.1-foot fall hazard while replacing a corrugated metal roof.  (b) At the north building, employees were exposed to a 20-foot fall hazard while replacing a corrugated metal roof.  In the alternative:  29 CFR  1926.760(a)(1): Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet (4.6 m) above a lower level was not protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems, or fall restraint systems:   On or about 10/30/2023 and at times prior, at the worksite located at 900 Industrial Blvd, Naples Florida 34104,  (a) At the middle building, employees were exposed to a 15.1-foot fall hazard while replacing a corrugated metal roof.  (b) At the north building, employees were exposed to a 20 foot fall hazard while  replacing a corrugated metal roof.
