29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) New Multi Residential Construction; Roof; Building #2: On or about 11/02/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet and greater to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing installation activities on a 5/12 pitch roof.  b) New Multi Residential Construction; Roof; Building #10: On or about 11/02/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet and greater to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roofing installation activities on a 5/12 pitch roof.
