The refrigerator has its power cord connected electrically to a relocatable power tap, along with a hot glue gun and an employee's cell phone charger.  The power tap is not listed or labeled for the electrical load of these devices.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A):Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure:  a) Shop Area - On or about November 6, 2023, Flexible electrical extension cords were used as substitutes for permanent structure wiring.  A 35' green electrical extension cord was secured to a bean clap attached to a building column, suspended by tie wire, daisey chained to another extension cord in an effort to provide power to another portion of the shop area.  b) Shop Area - On or about November 6, 2023, Flexible electrical extension cords were used as substitutes for permanent structure wiring.  A length of SJ cord was hard wired to a junction box at ceiling height and run down to a usable height.   Building members were as support along with being zip tied to a length of wire rope.  c) Shop Area- On or about November 6, 2023, Flexible electrical extension cords were used as substitutes for permanent structure wiring.   An extension cord is electrically connected to an outlet next to the South exit door.  The cord is zip tied several times to electrical conduit that extends into another portion of the shop.
