29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: a) On or about October 24, 2023, and at times prior, as a controlling employer, RidgeLine Construction and Solar, did not ensure that subcontractor employees conducting roofing operations on a single-family residential home were protected from fall hazards in excess of 6 feet, by conducting effective frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite. Subcontractor employees at times were not utilizing fall protection and when they were, their lifelines were too long and crisscrossing each other.
