29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation.  a) New residential construction located at Lot #6 Beckton Circle, Woodstock, GA 30188. Front side of structure: On or about 11/06/2023, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards while operating pneumatic siding nail guns, in that protective eyewear was not provided to employees operating these tools at 130 PSI. Employees were exposed to plastic and metal collated fragments and fasteners from each tool.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:  a) New residential construction located at Lot #6 Beckton Circle, Woodstock, GA 30188. Front side of structure: On or about 11/06/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards at approximately 10-feet, 1-inch to the lower ground level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in siding activities using the roof as a walking/working surface.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladder was used to gain access:  a) New residential construction Located at Lot #6 Beckton Circle, Woodstock, GA 30188. Roof: On or about 11/06/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 1 inch to the lower level, in that the ladder used to access the roof of the structure was not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
