29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a)  At Lot 13 Block K Drake Elm Circle, The Estates at Iron Rock, Cantonment, Florida:  On November 6, 2023; the employer allowed his employee to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employee to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a)  At Lot 13 Block K Drake Elm Circle, The Estates at Iron Rock, Cantonment, Florida:  On November 6, 2023; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 14 feet 9 inches to the ground below.  The David's Superior Construction, Inc.,  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1510546, citation number 1, item number 2, group a and was affirmed as a final order on April 27, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 6018 Fiori Drive, Lot 4B Camellia Cove, Crestview, Florida.
