29 CFR  OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards when retrieving boxes and products from the rack systems that were anchored with bolts to the floor.   a.)	At the warehouse located at 6461 S Falkenburg Rd, Riverview, FL, 33578: As observed or about, November 7, 2023; employees working around the warehouse were exposed to crushed-by and struck-by hazards. In that the gray / green metal rack system used to storage crate bins was not bolted to the floor.  b.)	At the warehouse located at 6461 S Falkenburg Rd, Riverview, FL, 33578: As observed or about, November 7, 2023; employees working around the warehouse were exposed to crushed-by and struck-by hazards. In that the gray/orange metal rack system used to storage boxed merchandise such as chips was not bolted to the floor.  c.)
