1926.454(c)(3) The employer failed to retrain employees that showed indications through work performance of not retaining the requisite proficiency: a) 10 W Market St, Mount Union, PA - On or about November 7, 2023, employees were exposed to a 28-foot fall while engaged in bricklaying operations on a makeshift plank erected between a scaffold and the side of the building. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
