29 CFR  1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  10 W Market St, Mt Union, PA - On or about November 7, 2023, an unmounted electrical box was found suspended from two flexible cords without any form of strain relief, causing the outside insulation of one of the cords to pull away exposing the inner conductors.   Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
