29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii): For all scaffolds not otherwise specified in paragraphs g(1)(i) through g(1)(vi) of this section, each employee working on a scaffold more than 10 above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by the use of guardrails or personal fall arrest systems: A. On or about 11/07/23, scaffolds on the roof of 82-19 Northern Blvd. Jackson Height, NY Employees working on an unprotected tubular welded frame scaffold were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 ft. to the top of the sidewalk shed while applying stucco to a bulkhead of 3-story building.
