29 CFR  1926.502(h)(1)(iii): The safety monitor was not on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored.  a)	Technical Roofing Of St. Henry, LLC. On or about November 7, 2023 at the address of 435 North Elizabeth St. Lima OH 45801. The employer did not ensure a designated safety monitor was on the same walking/working surface as an employee performing installation of Duro-Last roofing membrane atop a low sloped commercial structure. The employee operating in this condition was exposed to a fall of approximately 25 feet to the ground below without the benefit of a fall protection system.
