29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. Employees were engaged in warehousing activities at a sporting goods store located at 17202 Davenport St. Omaha, NE, where the employer was exposing employees to slip, trip and fall hazards in that an employee was staging materials in a narrow walkway that was behind storage tables and further cluttered by other material and equipment.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B):The width of working space in front of the electric equipment shall be the width of the equipment or 762 mm (30 in.), whichever is greater. In all cases, the working space shall permit at least a 90-degree opening of equipment doors or hinged panels. Employees were engaged in merchandise sorting activities at a sporting goods store located at 17202 Davenport St. Omaha, NE, where the employer was exposing employees to at surface slip, trip and fall hazards in that the employees were working near electrical panels that did not have sufficient clearance to allow unimpeded access to the doors of electrical boxes as required by the subpart.

Employees were engaged in merchandise sorting activities at a sporting goods store located at 17202 Davenport St. Omaha, NE, and were exposed to electrical hazards in that the employer has employees using a scanner to catalogue and sort merchandise that was plugged into a secondary power strip that was daisy chained into a primary power strip.
