29 CFR 1910.141(c)(1)(i): Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with Table J-1 of this Section: a) On the Sorting Floor, on or about November 8, 2023 - The employer did not provide the minimum number of water closets for the 44 employees sorting freight. The employer provided two toilet rooms which could be occupied by no more than one person at a time and could be locked from the inside. Each toilet room contained one water closet. This is less than the three water closets required by Table J-1 for 36 to 55 employees.
