29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. Location: Worksite On or about November 7, 2023 an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of over 15 feet where the employer did not ensure that the employee was protected by any means. The employee fell from the steel beam onto the ground below, shattering his right ankle.
