29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  A) 31 Raleigh Rd Edison, NJ 08817 - The employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing activities was protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed employees to falls of approx. 7' 8".   Hazards observed on or about November 8, 2023.  The employer was previously cited for a repeat-serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1383535, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 1, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 73 1st St., Milltown, NJ 08850.

A) 31 Raleigh Rd Edison, NJ 08817 - The employer did not ensure to extend the ladder side rails at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface to assist employees engaged in roofing activities. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards at heights greater than 6 feet.   Hazards observed on or about November 8, 2023.
