29 CFR  1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:   a)  At 6490 Cedar Key Drive, Lot 24 Magnolia Glen, Milton, Florida:  On November 8, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to work under trusses being lifted by a crane and the employees were not wearing hard hats exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a)  At 6490 Cedar Key Drive, Lot 24 Magnolia Glen, Milton, Florida:  On November 8, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection while performing framing activities exposing his employee to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  At 6490 Cedar Key Drive, Lot 24 Magnolia Glen, Milton, Florida:  On November 8, 2023; the employer allowed his employee to perform roofing activities without first ensuring his employee was trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 19 feet 1 inch to the ground below.
