29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks. a) On or about November 04, 2023, employees were working on the Shuttleworth Conveyor Semi-Auto Systems Serial Number LM1054-9001 "APPS 2" machine located in the middle of the warehouse and were exposed to amputation/caught-in hazards, in that no guard was in place for the rollers of the conveyor system.
