29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) 1730 Butter Road Dover, PA 17315 - Fugitive combustible wood dust had accumulated on overhead lighting, steel beams and ductwork, and on and around woodworking equipment , exposing employees to fire and explosion hazards, on or about November 8, 2023. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
