29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:   a. On or about November 8, 2023, employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard when operating a Lian Feng horizontal band saw that was not guarded to protect the operator from the unused portion of the saw blade.  b. On or about November 6, 2023, an employee was exposed to a caught-in hazard when operating a Roll-In vertical band saw that was not guarded to protect the operator from the unused portion of the saw blade.  c. On or about November 6, 2023, an employee was exposed to a caught-in hazard when operating a Roll-In vertical band saw that was not guarded to protect the operator from the ingoing nip points around the lower wheel.  d. On or about November 6, 2023, an employee was exposed to caught-in hazards when ingoing nip points on a Weg belt sander were not guarded.
