29 CFR  1926.1153(c)(1):For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering controls and work practices specified for the task on Table 1:               a) 1013 Route 130 South, Cinnaminson, NJ - An employee was permitted to perform outdoor concrete cutting operations on a block masonry wall with a Stihl gas powered saw without having the saw equipped with integrated a water delivery system that continuously feeds water to the blade found as a control in Table 1. Thus exposing workers to hazards associated with silica dust. This condition was noted on or about November 8, 2023.  NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
