29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  At the temporary jobsite located at 5005 N Remington St, Bel Aire, KS 67226, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of  more than 6 feet from the eave of the residence to ground below in that fall protection was not utilized:  1) At the front part of the residential structure, employees  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 feet from the eave of the residence to ground below  2) At the back part of the residential structure, employees  were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet from the eave of the residence to ground below

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  At the temporary jobsite located at 5005 N Remington St, Bel Aire, KS 67226, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12  and 18 feet from the eave of the residence to the ground below in that the ladder used to access the roof was not extended at least 3 feet above the eave or was not secured to the structure.  1) An aluminum ladder at the back part of the residential was extended 18 feet, but did not extend at least 3 feet above the eave. 2) An aluminum ladder at the front part of the residential was extended 12 feet, but did not extend at least 3 feet above the eave.

29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59)  At the temporary jobsite located at 5005 N Remington St, Bel Aire, KS 67226,  employees engaged in gasoline handing  activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed and implemented. The chemical hazards associated with gasoline are: extreme flammability as a liquid and vapor, causes skin irritation, may cause genetic defects, may cause cancer, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters in airways.

At the temporary jobsite located at 5005 N Remington St, Bel Aire, KS 67226,  employees engaged in gasoline handing activities were exposed to corrosive and flammable hazards in that safety data sheets were not maintained at the workplace. Gasoline is an extremely flammable liquid and vapor, causes skin irritation, may cause genetic defects, may cause cancer, may cause drowsiness or dizziness, may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure and may be fatal if swallowed and/or enters in airways.
