29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 550 Jackson Mills Road, Jackson NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet to the ground surface below, when performing window installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and screens.  Condition observed on or about 11/09/23.   NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
