29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 550 Jackson Mills Road, Jackson NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from two pump jack scaffolds that were missing end stops and screens. Condition observed on or about 11/09/23. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
