29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. On or about November 8, 2023, leaks in the roof allowed water incursion into the mail sorting and break room areas during rain events exposing employees to slips, trips, and falls in puddles on floors and unsanitary conditions from dampness or mold.
