Employees performing general construction activities to include but not limited to framing on a commercial roof worked in close proximity to an unprotected edge without any means of fall protection, thereby was exposed to an approximate 18-ft fall hazard. Violation occurred on or about 11/09/2023 b. Employees engaged in framing activities on a walking/working surface worked in close proximity to an unprotected side, exposing employees to fall hazards of 10 feet or more.
