29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):  Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toe-boards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Employees engaged in commercial roofing activities at 1041 E 32nd St, Fremont, Nebraska, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employees were not using any form of fall protection while working at a height of 20 feet above the ground.

29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1):  The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:  Employees engaged in commercial roofing activities at 1041 E 32nd St, Fremont, Nebraska, were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer had not provided training to enable them to recognize the hazards associated with this activity and ways to mitigate the hazards.
