29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers.  On or about 11/13/2023 at 1016 East Division St., Dover, De 19901, employer did not inspect the work area and employees for the exposure to hazards before starting work.  CSHO observed the company owner on the worksite communicating and directing exposed workers who were walking and working on a timber framed residential structure without the proper use of personal fall arrest systems.

29 CFR 1926.50(d)(1): First aid supplies were not accessible to the employees at the site:  On or about 11/13/2023 at 1016 East Division Street, Dover, DE19901- the employer did not provide first aid kit/supplies to the employees working at the site.  The Corrales Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.50(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1582647, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/29/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Tarcote Ct, Newark, DE 19702.

29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i): A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 2A, was not provided for each 3,000 square feet of the protected building area, or major fraction thereof and the travel distance from any point of the protected area to the nearest fire extinguisher exceeded 100 feet:  On or about 11/13/2023 at 1016 East Division Street, Dover, DE 19901, - the employer did not provide fire extinguishing equipment at the site where employees were required to use flammable fuels to perform their required daily duties.  The Corrales Contractors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.150(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1582647, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/29/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 16 Tarcote Ct, Newark, DE 19702.
