On or about October 10th, 2023, employees of Aggressive Steel Erectors and Fabricators working at or near 4602 Diaz Ranch Rd, Amarillo TX 79118 were exposed to an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level and were not provided any form of fall protection.
