29 CFR 1910.28(b)(15)(iii): Except as provided elsewhere in this section or by other subparts of this part, the employer did ensure each employee on a walking-working surface 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by a personal fall protection systems, such as personal fall arrest, travel restraint, or positioning systems: Brooks Brothers Warehouse, 100 Phoenix Avenue, Enfield, CT: On November 15, 2023, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet while selecting orders from a Crown SP 3500 series stock picker forklift as the lanyard was not tied off to an anchor point.
