29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Fisher Auto Parts located at 705 E Union St West Chester, PA - On or about November 15, 2023, the employer did not provide permanent wiring to power the ethernet equipment in the work areas. The employer used temporary extension cords to power the ethernet equipment in lieu of permanent writing, thus exposing employees to electrical hazards.
