29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:  (a)  17026 E. Carr Ave., Parker, CO, 80134: On or before November 15, 2023 the controlling employer did not ensure that their sub contracted employees were protected from injury, in that four employees removing and installing shingles on a multi-story residential home, with a roof pitch of approximately 7-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 11 feet from first level and 20 feet from the second level.
