The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated a) 140 Euclid Ave, Hackensack, NJ: Employees working from a JLG Aerial Lift were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 40 feet without utilization of personal fall arrest system such as but not limited to harnesses and lanyard in place, on or about 11/15/2023.
