As a result, employees were exposed to a fall height measured at about 7'10".  b) On or before November 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the 102R Ball Mill in Building 21 were utilizing a fall protection system. As a result, employees were exposed to a fall height measured at about 7'10".  c) On or before November 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the 103R Ball Mill in Building 21 were utilizing a fall protection system. As a result, employees were exposed to a fall height measured at about 7'10".  d) On or before November 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees working on the 104R Ball Mill in Building 21 were utilizing a fall protection system. As a result, employees were exposed to a fall height measured at about 7'10".
