Instances include but are not limited to:  i.	14 Amp Current, 1 1/8 in, Model RS428, Reciprocating Saw, Bosch, which had sustained previous damage and subsequently underwent insufficient repairs, ii.	15 Amp Corded 7-1/4-inch, Model DWE575SB, circular saw, DeWalt although, this one had not.
