Jobsite - On or about November 16, 2023, the side rails on the extension ladder set up on the western side of the front door did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface, exposing employees to a fall of over 16 feet.  b.) Jobsite - On or about November 16, 2023, the side rails on the extension ladder set up on the eastern side of the front door did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface, exposing employees to a fall of over 16 feet.  c.) Jobsite - On or about November 16, 2023, the side rails on the extension ladder set up to access the porch roof did not extend at least 3 feet above the landing surface, exposing employees to a fall of over 8 feet.

Jobsite - On or about November 16, 2023, each employee installing roofing material on the main house roof was not protected from a fall of over 16 feet where fall protection was not utilized.  b.) Jobsite - On or about November 16, 2023, each employee installing roofing material on the porch roof was not protected from a fall of over 8 feet where fall protection was not utilized.   Ranger's Services, Inc.  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482962, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 8, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 1439 White Mountain Highway, North Conway, NH 03860.
