29 CFR 1910.213(h)(1): Radial saw(s) did not have an upper hood that completely enclosed the upper portion of the blade down to a point including the end of the saw arbor: a) Workshop - On and prior to November 16, 2023, employees were exposed to caught-in and struck by hazards when operating a Hitachi Saw (10 inch blade, C 10FSH) without a guard in place. b) Workshop - On and prior to November 15, 2023, employees were exposed to caught-in and struck by hazards when operating a Hitachi Saw (8 inch blade, C8F) without a guard in place. c) Workshop - On and prior to November 14, 2023, an employee was exposed to caught-in and struck by hazards when operating a Makita Saw (12 inch blade, LS1211) without a guard in place.
