29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets. Entrance of Job Site: On or about November 16, 2023 and times prior thereto, an employee was exposed to over-head stuck-by hazards while removing construction trash from the skid steer bucket while not wearing a hard hat.
