29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person (i.e., a person who is capable of identifying exist: a) New single-family residential construction (Cresswind Georgia at Twin Lakes) located on Lot# 538 at 14 Ozark Way, Hoschton, GA 30548, first level top plates: On or about 11/16/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 6-inches to the lower ground level, in that the employer did not provide frequent and regular inspections of the worksite to ensure proper fall protection measures were utilized.
