29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):  Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level by fall protection.   a- 2-903 High Mountain Road, FRANKLIN LAKES, NJ 07417: Employees engaged in  activities from the third section of a tubular welded frame scaffold work platform were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12, 18 ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection was not utilized. Condition observed on or about 11/14/2023.
