29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 10619 Sedgwick Way, Parker, CO, 80134: On or before November 16, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that five employees removing and installing shingles on a multi-story residential home, with a roof pitch of approximately 6-in-12, were not utilizing a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 10 to 22 feet.
