29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure: a.) On or about November 14, 2023 and at times prior thereto, on building 825 at an apartment complex re-roofing site in Norman, OK, employees of subcontractor were performing roofing work activities without the use of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard greater than six(6) feet to the ground below. b.) On or about November 14, 2023 and at times prior thereto, on building 807 at an apartment complex re-roofing site in Norman, OK, employees of subcontractor were performing roofing work activities without the use of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard greater than six(6) feet to the ground below. c.) On or about November 14, 2023 and at times prior thereto, on building 811 at an apartment complex re-roofing site in Norman, OK, employees of subcontractor were performing roofing work activities without the use of fall protection and were exposed to a fall hazard greater than six(6) feet to the ground below.
