29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Work site was located at 2 Hampton Hollow Drive, Millstone, NJ 08535 Three workers were exposed to fall hazards of more than two stories while replacing the roof on an existing single-family residence with no fall protection on. Fall protection equipment including ropes and harnesses were present with the crew on site. Violation was observed on or about November 16, 2023.
