29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) 1600 Alabama Hwy 229 S, Tallassee, AL, Plastics Department; On or about November 14, 2023 and times prior employees were exposed to struck-by hazards in that the employer failed to ensure procedures for the control of potentially hazardous energy were utilized for machines such as, but not limited to, the Nissei Injection Molding Machine FN110-18A when employees performed work inside of the robot cages such as replacing the injections molds.
