29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition.  a) On or about November 16, 2023, the warehouse was not maintained in a clean or sanitary condition, in that the walls had uncontrolled moisture with visible mildew and potentially mold growth exposing employee to biological health hazards.

29 CFR  1910.110(f)(2)(i):  LP-Gas Containers were not stored in a manner to minimize exposure to excessive temperature rise, physical damage, or tampering by unauthorized persons.  a) On or about November 16, 2023, outside the side roll up door there was an LP-gas storage cage with 7 LP-gas cylinders inside.  The top of the cage was caved in and had no barriers to protect against vehicle damage exposing employees to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(1):  The building owner, facility owner or employer did not treat the installed thermal system insulation (TSI) and/or sprayed-on or troweled-on surfacing material in buildings constructed no later than 1980 as asbestos containing material (ACM) or presumed asbestos containing material (PACM).  a) On or about November 16, 2023, the warehouse was built in 1944 and  the pipes were torn and in poor condition,  the insulation was not considered PACM exposing employees to asbestos hazards.
