The employer did not ensure that if the correction or repair cannot be made immediately, the hazard is guarded to prevent employees from using the walking-working surface until the hazard is corrected or repaired.  a) Warehouse:  On or about October 4, 2023, cracked and spalling concrete throughout was not repaired, exposing employees to slip, trip and fall hazards.
