29 CFR 1910.132(d)(2): The employer shall verify that the required workplace hazard assessment has been performed through a written certification that identifies the workplace evaluated; the person certifying that the evaluation has been performed; the date(s) of the hazard assessment; and, which identifies the document as a certification of hazard assessment.  On or about November 17, 2023, the employer did not develop nor verify a written Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) hazard assessment was conducted for employees working in the bonding area. This includes but is not limited to employees using a Michael Engineering Limited VR5 and Michael Engineering Limited 450 gun that combines components of adhesives and places the mixture onto the molds of vehicle parts. These adhesives include the Acralock SA1/HT1 Adhesives - 1:1 Component A and Acralock SA1/HS1/HT1 Adhesives - 1:1 Component B which can cause allergic reactions or burns if making contact with the skin or eyes.
