29 CFR  1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a) Front and left side of house roof- On or about November 17, 2023, the employer instructed his employees to apply roof sheeting on roof rafters greater than 6 feet high without providing them any type of fall protection exposing them to fall hazards.
