29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): (a) a. On or about November 13, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations, ten (10') feet two (2") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards. b. On or about November 13, 2023, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on the garage, seven (7') feet three (3") inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.
