29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) LOCATION: the worksite at 16 Central St. Weymouth, MA. On or about November 17th, 2023 Consecti LLC exposed multiple companies and their workers to multiple hazards including multiple holes in the working walking surface (some covered over by lose plywood), unguarded edges, missing handrails and stair rails, blocked fire exit, missing midrail and toeboards, and housekeeping issues on the walking/working surfaces when the employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s)
