1910.119(g)(2) Refresher training was not provided to each employee involved in operating a process to assure that the employee understands and adheres to the current operating procedures of the process. On or about November 17, 2023, at Reactor 9307 inside of Unit 6, employees serviced and maintained equipment such as, but not limited to the R-9307 when working at and around high pressurized lines carrying a highly hazardous chemical, bromine. The employer did not ensure that the employee understood and adhered to the current operation procedures of the process.
